Even though a decent job was done on the arrangement, it was NOT worth the $150 price. Asked other florist what they thought the value was and they estimated half the price I paid. Called owner and requested some amount of refund. She disagreed and stated that she knew each flower used and that was the price and refused any type of customer satisfaction. She seems to think her flowers are valued double the amount of her competitors. Will never use them again and requested the funeral home not to suggest them to clients in future.
