The staff at Berry's Pharmacy never fails to put a smile on my face! They treat you just like family.

Have done business with this pharmacy for over 30 years and always pleased with the service even with unusual issues. Dave is fantastic and the techs are incredibly nice especially considering issues beyond their control and dealing with customers who can be very disrespectful and rude.Best pharmacy in the tri-cities. You get treated like a person and not a number.

My sister dropped of my prescription on a Mon & on Wed, I went to pick it up. It was written for #60. First, it was $34 &change. I gave the girl a $100 &as she was giving my change, she asked about my nails & I got distracted. After I left, I noticed she had only given me $5 back. I immediately called & she said I didn't give her a $100!! I went back & told her to look back @ surveilance video.Berry said "just give it to her" (rudely). THEN I later noticed there were only 30 pills in my bottle. b/c of $, I've split up a lot of my scripts lately so I figured my sis told them to only do 1/2. Even on the bag it said -30 (something to do w/30)...so today I'm preparing to leave town for a couple wks so I called & asked to have 2nd 1/2 filled. They say "there were 60" (we don't owe you, maybe you had them "fronted", etc) FRONTED?? So again, asked to see video. They supposedly looked, said they can't see where pills are counted & put in btl. In short, I didn't get the med I take for a REASON!
