My home warranty company set up the service call so did not know what to expect. They showed up on time, a very experienced, 32 years, tech that quickly diagnosed the problem and "patched" it until he could order a new part. Very professional and competent.

Great experience, scheduled service call and sent pictures of my washing machine and problems I was having. Technician reviewed pictures, diagnosed and solved my problem. Will absolutely use them again.

I simply called at 10;30 am on a Monday morning to check what time they might be over for my service. I had previoulsy been told they would call be shortly after opening with an approximate time (they open at 8:00 am). The man who answered to phone barely let me say and word, he was angry and aggressive, he hung up on me. I called back to find out his name, turns out he was a Bowery. I cancelled their services. I've never been talked to like that by anyone - totally uncalled for and ridiculous.

AWFUL SERVICE. They do not do things the right way, tell customers to return items to the store without following through on their end to ensure the store knows what is going on. Causes issues with the customer returning the unit and the store they are returning it to. Awful attitude and very rude when you call to ask questions. Would not recommend to anyone EVER. SO disappointing!

Prompt, fast, nice young man that knew his job, and very affordable. Will have Russell again for next jobs

This past spring Bowery Appliance Repair was unable to fix my appliance, was rude, and would not refund any of the repair charge ($175), or make any other amends. I ended up having to pay another repairman to fix the appliance. The second repairman told me Bowery repaired my appliance incorrectly. Bowery appears not to guarantee his work, and currently has an unsatisfactory rating from the BBB because of this incident.

This guy is awesome! found the problem quickly after another company had totally messed things up. I had been without a fridge almost six weeks and thanks to Bowerys.. I now have a working fridge! Quick effiencent service. Reasonable pricing too!

Mr. Bowery did not have the part I needed in his van for our washing machine. Returned later that evening and installed it at 8:00 PM. No extra charge, very reasonable service charge!
