Former customer who has tried to call for over 2 weeks and sat on hold for 40-45 minutes without anyone answering the phone.

i will always recommend eagle finance in kingsport tennessee , they have always helped us in time of need with unexpected expense, marie is the greatest she just makes you feel like family, they all make you feel like family the staff there is wonderful and they do everything possible to help you!!! i would recommend them over any other finance company , karen & jimmy richards rogersville tennessee

I have tried on several occassions to get vehicles financed with them and they always say the same thing, they cant loan that much on that particular vehicle. The fact that Ive had an account with them for a while and have a great payment record means nothing to them. I found a vehicle that is priced $1200 less than the Kelly Blue Book of a vehicle in fair condition and because I bought it off EBay, they wont finance it because they say they have to see it first. They have financed me twice before and never saw what they took for collateral but now they want to see it first? Im done with them. I will pay them off and be done with them.

These people are the greatest. They are the greatest they are always willing to help. I will probally keep a loan with these people forever.They are so friendly they make you feel welcome.
