First class service! The boys at FreeService Tire Company are Pros at what they do! If you have an issue with your vehicle, my advice is to stop by and let Ronnie and the folks at FreeService Tire look it over.
My family and I were traveling from Jacksonville Florida to see my mother in Kingsport TN for the holidays and on the trip up my car started to have issues. I made it to Kingsport and immediately took it for a new set of tires, thinking my tires must have gone bad. I took it to the locally known Tire Barn and had a new set of tires installed. The service technician at the Tire Barn told me he thought I might have a rear bearing issue and directed me to the boys at FreeService Tire.
After and accurate diagnoses from a young technician, it was discovered that a bear was indeed bad, so I left it in their hands. Be advised this is the week of Christmas. The guys worked on the car for a full day and couldn't get the bearing to break free. I could see the frustration on the technician's face, but he ensured me that when his boss returns the next day they would continue. At this point I was nervous. The next day Ronnie, the store Manager, informed me the bearing was seized and he wasn't sure he would be able to get it without damaging the axle. Immediately he ordered a new axle in case of this going south and informed me they weren't done. At this point I am expecting the worse. It was 3 days before Christmas and most shops would've just pushed it until after, but these guys never quit on me! They called me that evening and said they had managed to free the bearing, but after doing a test drive, discovered the other rear bearing was making noise as well so I think for sure I am cooked. To my surprise, the next morning Ronnie calls me and informs me I can get my car. Not only are the bearings good, but at my last-minute request, he turned my rotors and installed new pads on the front!!! These boys are bad a#%!
