Unprofessional technicians that take no pride in their craft. Many of their employees are messy and leave messes that I have to clean up after their service. K&S half a$s do their job leaving me to call Charter and spend hours on the phone to trouble shoot when the technicians should've done on the first place.
I hope Kenny Glass, the owner of K&S, reads this and has his technicians do some sort of re-certification on being organized and neat when entering the customers premises and to fully do a professional setup and walk the customer through with troubleshooting on problems that may arise.
