What has happened to Rose Cottage?? Quality, dependabilty have gone to almost zero!! For the second holiday in a row, we have had barely edible products. First a coconut cake that was so dry tha it was not edible at Christmas 2010. Then after long discusion with ownwer oedered cocunut creme pie for Father's Day. Basicallly received an amoretta pie ( color was bright / brilliant yellow with NO coconut favor at all. No meriinge, etc. etc. I only gave them a "1" because there is nothing lower.

IF YOU ACTUALLY EXPECT TO RECIEVE YOUR ORDER, THIS IS THE WRONG BAKERY FOR YOU. CHRISTMAS EVE OF THIS YEAR , MY ORDER WAS PLACED (THREE WEEKS IN ADVANCE) FOR PICK UP AT NOON. AFTER CHECKING 3 TIMES, AT NOON-2:00-AND 3:30-THEY WERE UNABLE TO FILL OVER HALF OF MY ORDER. NO APOLOGIES WERE OFFERED FOR MY INCONVENIENCE AND THEY SEEMED AMAZED THAT THIS WAS A PROBLEM (QUOTE BY THE OWNER "I CANT BELIEVE THERE IS A PROBLEM OVER A FEW DOZEN COOKIES AND A PIE."). I WAS NOT THE ONLY CUSTOMER WHOSE ORDER WAS NOT FILLED, NO ONE THAT CAME FOR PCKUP WHILE I WAS PRESENT RECIEVED THEIR ENTIRE ORDER. RUN FAST AND FAR FROM THIS BUSINESS-THEY WILL NOT BE THERE LONG WITH THIS KIND OF SERVICE.
