great place to be! always leave feeling better than when i got there! best classes and instructors in kingsport- hands down! best machines and awesome new TRX machines. just redone the whole place and for the best! never a wait for equipment but have something for everyone! take our son the nursery and feel completely safe in doing so.

Staff is very polite and seem to know what they are doing. They used to have a indoor pool which was a big draw but it has been shut down for a while now. The free weight room is good and they have alot of natilus equipment for rehab and cardio machines with an indoor track. They also offer spin classes and a variety of cardio classes. They do need a few more facilities like basketball, raquetball etc but for pure working out it is a great place. 4 stars. would give 4 if they had some sort of activity couort.

Large facility that offers a machine for each body part. There never seems to be a wait for any of the equipment. The staff offers specialized training in post-rehab and athletic performance. No long term contract or penalty to cancel membership.

I am a member and it is a pretty good place to work out. the equipment is a little complicated to use and is a little old, but with it being open 24/7 it is nice to be able to work out anytime you want...wish they had a basketball hoop...woman would love it, it lacks some things for men...
