Provided by YPmobileLonnie oaks died (the owner of tri city cab). And this guy Marvin, gets the number from other cabs that have went out of business hoping to get their business. He's done it many times and has failed miserably. He tried courtesy cabs number, smileys name and number, and now with tri cities cab number. Beware folks, the owner of tri cities cab died April 29, 2015. Not the same company. Marvin Payne is no relation. And Marvin P review 9/21/2015 is his own review

Provided by YPmobileHow these cab companies stay in business is a mystery. I wonder if kingsport cabs know they need a state livery license. Any one thinks they can slap a taxi sign on their door and their a taxi. wrong you need a state license and this guy is no different. He runs only 1 cab more like his personal vehicle and he's usually not sober when he does. He stops running just whenever he feels like it and is rude and disrespectful on the phone and if he doesn't like you has his even rider wife call you back to insult you on his behalf. This is one cab company to avoid and I will personally be reporting them to the state.
