This is the most poorly managed and maintained complex I have ever seen.The apartments are over priced and are not safe.Blacl- mold is common.The deck and stairs are very unsafe.I view all the units as being fire traps.The two pools that are a key feature when renting are not maintained properly,and ownership cannot afford the upkeep.The complex is up for sale at this time.That is the only hope that Tuscany has for future survival.

i moved in and loved it i could paint n make it feel homey but then a leak was in my bathroom and still is there n getting worse i now have black mold i cant sleep there because when i do i wake being unable to breath from the mold its been 10 months n still not fixed they came in my apt without my knowledgesaid it was nasty because i had laundry in laundry room not in a basket other then that it was spotless they also took pics of my home that is unsettling the carpets are so bad that everytime i vacume strings come up out of carpet and break my vacume my rent went from 525 to 605 in one month if your rent is not paid in full by the 8th you have to leave by the 16th (even if you are 20$ late) this palce is horrible staff is rude they go around playing god there iam very unhappy and moving out this month do not rent here

I hate this place! It really is the worst place to live in the world,I'd rather live in a shoe box full of poo poo.The reason being , SECURITY is awful.They are nothing but ignorant people having way too much fun on a golf cart.If anything at all goes wrong , beware! They will pick anyone they don't like and blame it on them so they can kick them out .THE END:)

First of all, the apartments need to be fixed before the outside appearance can be fixed. Second, the security here is like airport security. If you're out past 10, you better have a good reason to be. I know it aggravated me to be outside walking my dog and they would hassle me and shine their flashlights in my eyes asking me if I knew what time it was. There's been times where I've seen police officers up here for domestic disputes or drug problems but they're starting to clear this up. I really hope they can fix these problems up here or I will no longer be a resident of Tuscany Villa's.

I LIVE HERE AND AM ABOUT TO MOVE. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. THERE ARE DRUGS AND COPS CONSTANTLY HERE. AND THE SECURITY IS OVER THE TOP. PLUS YOU MUST BE QUIET AFTER TEN, NO MATTER WHAT!

When I first moved in to Cabana it was an average complex not perfect but if anything messed up they would come in the next day to fix it. We had a bugman that came every month. The two pools were also nice, and was owned by Mark Taylor. Then Ricky Rhoton took over at first it seemed good they started to fix up the apartments putting on new sideing building new decks then it just stopped everything. The entire staff was fired and new young drugies that live their and cant afford to pay their bills were hired to take their place. Since then nothing ever gets fixed several of my neibors have moved out because of it there is not a bug man anymore. Rent was raised and they started painting all the building different colors it looks like a crayola box. Now they have stopped painting alot of builing are half green half white I dont know what it is about them not finishing projects but it has made the place look TRASHY!! Now the pool is green!! No swimming.

I LIVED IN TUSCANY VILLAS FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS.IT WAS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED FOR THE PRICE.SECURITY WAS ALWAYS SNOOPING AROUND AND LISTENING AT PEOPLES DOORS.THEY DIDNT TAKE CARE OF THEIR GROUNDS.ALOT OF TRASH AND BEER CANS AND SUCH.THERE WAS MORE DRUG ACTIVITY THAN I WOULD HAVE DREAMED OF.ALSO ROACHS TONS AND THEY WERE SPREADING LIKE WILDFIRE.THE BUG MAN SAID THEY COULDNT GET THE OWNER TO PAY THE BILL.SO THEY LET HIM GO.I SURE THEY SOMEONE ELSE NOW.THEY HAVE THERE HANDS FULL.SO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.UNLESS THEIR IS ALOT MORE MONEY INVESTED IN THAT PLACE.I DONT SEE THAT HAPPENING ANY TIME SOON.

If you aren't a person of color then maybe this is the place for you. While it is true that they will rent to a person of color, they will also find every reason for removing you from the property including making up lies. There security guard, Charlie Parker lies in order to get rid of people he doesn't like. Funny these are almost always people of color. My daughter was evicted from here because it was said her two daughters were running around outside at 3:30 a.m. I know this isn't true because the 4yo was with me and the other one is a baby and can't walk. Nothing but false aligations racism. If you have company and they are of color, you are automatically a drug dealer in their eyes. Doesn't matter that the white teenager who moved in the same time you did throws wild parties while her mom works nightshift. Also don't think you'll get any maintenance done there. They are too worried about the outside appearance than the inside. I dealt with a horrible smell in the apart
