I sent my Samsonite suitcase to The Corner Cobbler for seam repairs. They received it on Monday, June 25, 2012 at 8:30AM. To my surprise, I found it on my front porch today, Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at 2:30PM. It is all repaired and ready to use!!! Can't ask for much faster service. Also, when I called them for instructions about warranty repair they were very helpful and courteous in explaining to me how to go about shipping the suitcase to them.

They are the dealer that handles the Samsonite warranties for my area. They were promt and effective, they deserve the 5 star rating. Two week turn around and completely repaired. Thanks

I took a piece of luggage to The Corner Cobbler to repair a broken zipper pull. They repaired it on the spot and said it should be covered under warranty so I did not have to pay anything. Thanks!
