Excellent Service

I called for a washer repair and got the owner personally. He came out for a very fair service charge and diagnosed the problem. Fixed the washer same day and was very professional and courteous. Great and prompt service Thanks Again

Highly Reccommend - I use to be the skeptic

I needed a washer repaired and was looking for someone I could trust and would charge me fairly. I understand that everyone has to make a living but I have seen so much price gouging and lack of honesty that I am always skeptical when I call for any kind of service repair. I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received from Quality Appliance. The tech. was knowledgeable and professional. He explained the problem with the washer, gave me what I considered fair prices and even gave me some thoughts as to whether the cost of repair was worth it. I did have the unit fixed and have been very happy. No question in my mind that I will call Quality Appliance if I am in need of any other appliance service.
