My kids have fun here, although I can't comment on how the arcade is because we usually skip that part.

Me and my wife went here for the first time tonight and let me tell you what a horrible horrible place for one THERE'S NO SECURITY AT ALL!!!!, they use little wrist straps that are for them too know if you have already paid, other places use a matching stamp for parents and kids. That's not even the beginning of it, the place is dirty and no sense of business with this place. The little kids area which is ment for very young children is consisted of USED USED USED KIDS OUTDOOR PLAY HOUSES WITH RUSTED BOLTS!!!! And all of them are sun baked. Then the worse is the fact that the play area is covered with soft mats but then it goes straight to wood floors my son slipped twice and when I asked the manager which is related to the owners. She said that we should keep a better eye on our son, the fact of the matter is, a child is going to run around and be careless not worry about the fact that there's wood floors and no gate to stop the children. I mention the fact there should be a Mat for kids to walk between the play areas. Then there's the fact of the shoe area is located across the otherside of the building. The place is just bad and a rip off and the party package is a joke for $200 each kid gets ONE SLICE OF PIZZA AND A CAN OD SODA OR JUICE BOX!!!!! That's it are you kidding me. Save your money and don't bother this place is a crap hole and a half

Today I took My 4 children to this place. I will never go back again. My son dropped his game card inbetween the shelfs. They would not move them or give him another card. Instead the manager accused me of never buying him a card and proceded to tell me I was a bad mother for not keeping a constant eye on him. My son is almost 8 I was checking on my other children. He was very ruid I am shocked a man working with the public would have the guts to say this. I will never go again and tell everyone I know not to support this place of buisness.
