By far the best BBQ I've eaten in years if not ever. There rub is sweet and spicy there signature sauce is a citrus chipolte its spicy but doesnt linger. Each meat had its own sauce with its own flavor not like alot of BBQ joints where everything taste the same. I took a rack of ribs home with me even better the next morning. There logo is BADASS BBQ the name is All Smoked Out its on Delaware ave. About time we got a real BBQ Joint in the hudson valley check them out it will not disappoint
