if there was somewhere to report this company I would. the dispatcher is the rudest man on earth. they lie and say their coming for an hr after you call. then theyll say they called. stood outside the entire time with no cab in sight. stay far from this cab company. they should not be able to operate in this town

EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.... THE CAB DRIVERS ARE ALWAYS LATE, NEVER ON TIME AND GIVE YOU ATTITUDE WHEN YOU ASK THEM WHY THEY ARE LATE.... THE DISPATCHER KEEPS ON HANGING UP IF U CALL TO ASK WHERE THE DRIVER IS.... IF YOU HAVE SOMEWHERE IMPORTANT TO GO, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY...... PAY 1 DOLLAR EXTRA AND CALL A CAB COMPANY THAT IS RELIABLE.... BECAUSE OF THEM I WAS LATE TO WORK AND ALMOST GOT FIRED..........

Only good thing about them is that they're cheaper then most in Kingston. Other then that, they ALWAYS take forever and sometimes won't even show up.
