Every time I walk. out of this salon I always. feel ah ha! this. is the best hair style. I have had so far Denise. always knows what to do. In all the years I. have gone there. I have never been disappointed in the. color or cut. I trust Denise. so much sometimes. I tell her to do. what. ever she. wants and its. always perfect

I found Trends nearly 7 years ago and won't go anywhere else!

I have trusted my locks to Denise and Adrienne over the years and have never been disappointed. They are fantastic colorists and have greatly improved the condition of my hair since entrusting them with the task and of course, their great Bumble and Bumble products. They have surely taken my anxiety down about hairspray! They work magic with my curly hair and always have it looking fantastic! And up-dos, are no problem for them. I attend many galas and receptions where my hair needs to be perfect, I never worry when I am leaving Trends that I look fabulous! The only downside is that I have to wait 6 weeks for my next visit!!!!!

I went to this salon because i was looking to dye my hair and get some highlights. I wanted an ashy-blond colour, with some lighter highlights. However, when i went in and told the stylists what i wanted, they recommended just to put in more highlights and fill in my roots. I went along with it, but i was very unhappy with the results. Instead of giving me dark blond hair, my hair turned out bottle-blond--COMPLETELY bleached. Furthermore, it had a golden-yellowish tinge to it that was the complete opposite tone i requested, and clashed with my skin colour horribly. My hair was a light brown before, it's not like they had to lift a large amount of colour to make it dark blond. And to add insult to injury, when i asked them to cut my bangs they botched it horrendously. I asked for long, blunt, straight across bangs, and what i got were too-short, wispy bangs that made me look much younger (in a bad way). I didn't want them to mess it up again, so i didn't ask them to fix it. Instead i bought a box of dye at CVS and dyed over it and fixed it myself (it looked MUCH better after that). If a box from cvs can get me better colour, i would say that's a very bad sign. The staff was very friendly and warm, but unfortunately their services didn't measure up. I would say proceed with caution, and don't recommend any drastic changes from this salon. There seems to be a lack of attention to detail.

The service is outstanding. I always leave with a good feeling about myself, regardless of how I feel when I walk in the door. I feel even better every time someone pays me a compliment on my new look. Simply marvelous!
