The Buildings and Grounds Division is a part of the Department of Public Works. It maintains parks, buildings and leased properties. The division also manages various renovations, alterations and new construction projects of county. In addition, the Buildings and Grounds Division provides emergency response to several alarm systems in county s buildings. It operates four sub-divisions, including buildings maintenance and custodial management, projects management, land and lease management and electronic security.
