Living here has truly been a nightmare and I cannot wait to move out of this place the water is disgusting the color of ice tea you can never get the maintenance man to do anything for you the heating bills are outrageous he makes up his own prices God only knows that I've been paying for two or three apartments every year the paint is peeling off the walls the mold has taken over my apartment and the fire department has now deemed it in habitable my suggestion is that this place gets condemned and I will do anything and everything in my power to make sure that nobody has to suffer the way I suffered here because my health has depleted as well as my child who has suffered neurological damage and guess where the maintenance was when I had a problem instead of coming to fix my place he tells me he was out on his yacht off the coast of Massachusetts LOL this place is a joke and I hope he gets shut down
