Terrible customer service! My husband took our son for his 1st fishing trip and they stayed here. When they got home my son realized he had left his blanket in the room. I called them and they had found the blanket but needed me to send $10 in cash for them to mail it. ( this blanket isn't big at all ) I asked them to charge it to the card we used for the room but she said she wanted cash. I mailed her the cash but she never sent the blanket. I called again and she claims that she never got the money and will not send the blanket until she gets paid. I am not sending her anymore money so they now own a Disney Cars blanket and my son's 1st fishing trip was ruined by this awful person. Not to mention that he has had the blanket since he was a baby and I was going to save it for a keepsake.
