I would avoid this clinic if at all possible.



The good doctors here you can never get in to see. The bad doctors (and they have a couple of them) are ALWAYS available (go figure). Of course you don't have to worry about the doctors because usually you will get scheduled with a PA. God forbid if you need to see a doctor for medicine (for a sick child for example) because it's next to impossible to get an appointment (except for those crappy doctors) so you get stuck with Urgent Care.



Even if you do get an appointment, they are always WAY behind. The (non-medical) staff are very impersonal and it almost seems like you are inconveniencing them. Good luck with the phone call too. If you get the clinic (and not the answering service) then you can expect to be on hold more often than not. This clinic (and most of the Geisinger clinics in my mind) are little more than a factory. Push them in and try and push them out... Schedule appointments for every 7 Minutes.... maximize profits and to hell with the customer service.



I might give a half star but that is not an option. I'd hate to give them a full star when it's not deserved but unfortunately I have to give at least one for the review to submit.



Fortunately MY doctor is not here at this clinic. Sadly, my wife and children's doctor is.
