I had a completely excellent experience with DelBalso Ford. I made an excellent choice both in choosing a Ford Focus and DelBalso Dealership.

I had a warranty issue, the repair was scheduled at my convenience. In the mean time I had a flat that ruined the tire. When the adviser called to confirm my parts were in, she handled the tire issue at a decent price. The service manager also helped me with my keyless entry code and a fuel fill funnel that was missing. Very professional. The salesman that sold me the car went over and beyond making me comfortable with the things I should know before I left. They all made us feel comfortable. I am impressed with Pat and Dan all the way around.

My daughter had the car serviced on her way to work and was very suprised how efficient their operation was in getting her out in the time they quoted. THUMBS UP!!!!!!!!
