I love this store. It is the primary source of office business in this small community of Kingston Springs and Pegram. The service is fast and the owners are so nice. They connect to their customers to make them feel welcome. It is a great store and it would be much harder to function out in the country without them. 10 thumbs up for Pencils.

It is so wonderful to have this store in Kingston Springs. They take care of my computer when it stops liking me and I can pickup assorted needs. They are so friendly and caring.

Everytime I need my computers taking care of I go to Pencils and it's done in timely manner. and the customer service is always great here

Pencils always has what I need and I am always dealt with professionally and with courtesy.

My screen had cracked on my laptop and I needed it fixed ASAP since I use it for work. Ed Mason is the guy I dealt with and he had it fixed within 2 days. It only took that long because he had to order the screen. This would've taken anyone else a week or more. Highly recommend pencils for your computer work. :)

I've taken both my laptop and desktop to Pencils several times and have been very pleased with the work. Sometimes Ed is able to walk me through a minor problem over the phone even. The price is fair, he is as fast as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend Pencils.

I go to Pencils for my computer problems and miscellaneous office supplies. Ed and Lauran Mason have been nothing but courteous and professional. My computer was fixed in a timely manner with no problems since. I recommend friends and co-workers whenever they have computer issues and they were more than satisfied with the work that was done.

Only person I trust with my computer. If I can't fix it, it goes here!! I never have to worry about any information on my computer when Pencils has it. Ed WILL find the problem. He is honest and I know I am being dealt with "straight up". This is where I send anyone that calls me about a problem with their computer. I do not send someone just "anywhere". In a way, its my word and reputation, too, when I suggest someone. So Pencils is the ONLY place I use or suggest someone use. Pencils has always stood behind their work. Everyone I have ever dealt with there is kind, pleasant, and friendly. I can and do, without a second thought, recommend Pencils!!!

I am the Business owner of Pencils in Kingston Springs. Several of my regular Customers have brought this review to my attention. While I might not write as eloquently as the originator of the review allow me to give my version of the story here.



I have no clue who the originator of the review is as they did not leave their real name. Not one single customer has ever expressed any great dissatisfaction with our service. Any computer repair issues have always been dealt with with immediate response and professional service. If this reviewer is so inclined I will be happy to sit down with he/she to discuss a full refund of the repair or offer to have their unit repaired at my cost at their choice of venue.
