WARNING*!*!**!*! be very careful when doing business with this man!! I was recently in an accident where a motorcycle came into my lane and hit me. I contacted Brian at B&C too see if he could help me out. He said it was no problem to fix it he would come trailer the car to his shop and fix it, I said OK that sounded great. Well he shows up with a "driver" to take it to his shop I was weary but I was eager to get my car fixed so I let him take it. A week later I have 2 people say the saw it driving around. I didn't think it really could be my car but it is a rarer car so I drove down there to take a look just to ease my mind. Well the car had no work been done to it and left my house with 160miles on the trip I get there and found 444miles on it, full of trash, cigarette ash, it leaks fuel and the front tires are bold (haven't gotten a chance to look into it more, but I can guarantee whoever was driving it didn't put 93 in it and didn't run the intercooler "I'm afraid of what I'm going to find the deeper I get into it") . I confronted Brian about it and he was very apologetic and said he had, had a similar issues a while back where he had an employee arrested for "joy riding" and who knows what else, I told him I wanted my car back and the 1100 dollar deposit back and money for damages, he said no problem, I got my car back and he said he would bring me the money the following day June 6th, I have called him everyday multiple times a day and he keeps hitting the ignore button and will only text me to say he "can't talk right now he'll call me back" and he'll have the money in my drive way the fallowing morning well here it is June 13th and still have no money and all he's done is threaten to block me because I'm calling him. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM!!!

Wonderful business with a wonderful owner. Brian goes above and beyond to make things right. Sure, he had hardships with some employees as does every new business owner. Brian's the best!

This business also does auto detailing. I took my SUV there to be detailed prior to listing it for sale. After eight days they finally returned my SUV to me. They had driven it over 2000 miles during that time frame without my permission, without proof of insurance in the vehicle, and without registration papers on-board. In addition to the miles they put on it someone smoked in the SUV (I am a non-smoker). The detailing job was OK; but not worth the $109.50 that I paid. The detailer's employee said that he wanted to buy my SUV after detailing it and finding out from the business owner that I wanted to sell it. My mistake was leaving the vehicle at the detailers while the employee was attempting to get the necessary purchase money. My recommendation is to avoid this business because the same people own and run the U-Haul rental, auto-detailing, rug cleaning, thrift store (and what-ever) operations at 620 W Race St in Kingston TN.
