Our primary business activity is the machining and fabrication of metal components for various commercial and industrial customers. We provides value added manufacturing services by purchasing raw materials in the form of rod, bar, castings, forgings or extrusions, and machining the materials using precision computer controlled (CNC) machine tools. In some cases the manufactured items may be welded or shaped into the finished product. The Company may sub-contract certain other processes such as heat treating, coating, or painting to other entities with specific expertise in order to provide a single source for complex machined components. The items we manufacture are guarenteed to be produced to exact customer specifications. We provide expertise and suggestions to our clients related to the improvement of the design of products we manufacture. These improvements may improve performance or reduce the cost of manufacturing, however, we do not offer final design control over any finished product we produce for others. The Company has customers in the wireless communication, research, transportation, and various OEM equipment industries.
