Heading out of country and broke a tooth. Kingston Dental went above and beyond. Thanks for saving my trip

My family has been going to Kingston Dental since it opened its doors and is the only pale my kids are willing to go. They go the extra mile with a smile on their face. Thank you Kingston Dental

I chose Kingston dental because of distance and because after calling 4 other dentists they were the first ones who said I could go back with my kids, I do not like letting them go back alone as they are very young. Anyway my first visit went very we'll everyone was nice. After that I guess they didn't feel like they needed to be polite anymore . The people at the front desk each time I went in either ignored me and took forever to acknowledge I was standing there or acted as if I was bothering them when I asked a question. The next issue that arose was that I explained to them I wanted to be back with both my children and they ended up splitting them up where I could only be with one. What followed the dr hulse didn't even speak w me he left the room when I finally got to go to the room w my son and had the nurse speak w me which I felt was disrespectful. Then I asked them to send off for a estimate for some work so I could come up w the money before scheduling the appointment . I got the estimate scheduled the appt got to the appt and they wanted more money then what was on my estimate because they failed to include somthing and decided to tell me this the morning I came in after working nights instead of calling me beforehand when they specifically told me if for some reason I would be paying more then my estimate they would call me before my appt. finally the last straw was when they offered me a couple of other dentists to call to get estimates to see if they had any cheaper anesthesia and after calling they didn't so I saved up the money and called to schedule the appt and was told they couldn't do the work I would have to go to one of the referrals they have me even though they offered them to me and didn't tell me that I needed to go to a referal this was very irritating. Now my child has to wait till my ins will pay for a cleaning again and we see another dentist to get the work down because I don't have the money to pay to go to another dentist just to do there own check up before theyl do the work. I will say the other dr there I apologize I don't remember his name as we'll as a couple of nurses were very polite and made my child feel safe and comfortable when I did go which is the main reason I stayed. If u want common courtesy respect and ur kids to be comfortable this is not the place.

I have been going to this office for almost 3 years and they have recently gotten very rude. The front office staff and the women who clean your teeth are not friendly. I have had to go back twice to get fillings replaced that Dr. Hultz did because they fell out. I will not be back.

I have been going to this office for years and my whole family and extended family go there and I think they are very professional, kind, and my childrens teeth look great. My children have seen all the dentists that work in the office and even at the hospital. They are always willing to work us in if we have an emergency. Everyone has always been nothing but SUPER nice and I will continue to visit the office and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a dentist.

The receptionists have bad comunication skills, and at times are very unprofessional. If you make it past that, the actual work is "ok" at best.
