I'm a local in the Kingston Area for about 26 years and knew the past two previous owners/managers and they had it more together than the current owners. First, the food isn't really all that great. Second the service is usually always slow. Third the owner can be very rude at times and doesn't treat his regular customers with respect even though they are spending their hard earned money in his restaurant. This doesn't make sense to me. Case in Point: Like many other local restaurants including Mickey-D's across the street, they provide a free internet service. I like to bring in my laptop and slowly eat and have a few glasses of water or soda and sometime followed up with some desert sticks, while I surf the net and write emails, etc. There are no signs posted as to how much time you are "allowed" to be in their establishment. Pizza Factory in Kingston is a great place! I pass by on weekday evenings, and did not realize they were there until I found them on Dex Knows. I stopped in the other night, had great service and was served the BEST pepperoni pizza ever, it just REALLY hit the spot. I am not even the type to leave reviews, but my wife said I should give a shout out. Thanks Pizza Factory!

I just got a simple pizza. It was very good. But, the customer service, at least the evening I went, was excellent. Very friendly guy helped me out. The atmosphere seemed great for families, or just a few people getting together for some pizza, beers and to watch a TV. Seemed very clean as well. Coming off the Kingston Ferry, just about a 1 minute drive.
