Dr. Morales seems to be a pretty decent doctor in this area. He spent the time to talk to me once I made it back to see him. My problem with the office is that they are always way behind schedule (the shortest wait has been 50 minutes past my appointment time) and it is pretty much impossible to get an appointment when you are sick. They always say that appointments are scheduled months in advance, which doesn't do you much good when you are sick and need to see someone right away. They do offer an option to show up pre 8am and get on a 5 person waiting list to see him on a walk in basis, but when I did that I spent the entire morning and afternoon sitting in a waiting room of sick people (including myself). Made for a pretty crappy experience. Also, the nurses do not have very good follow through. I was told on 3 different occasions that they would call me concerning some information and never received a call. I ended up having to track down the information. Despite the few problems I have had I do think it would be a great office to go to in Kingsville IF they were able to leave a few appointments open each day for sick visits to make it easier for his patients.
