Wife came in as new patient with ALL her insurance info. SHE WAS REFUSED SERVICE BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T HAVE THE ACTUAL INSURANCE CARD WITH HER!!!!@@ I called. Lady put me on hold to check with receptionist. Came back to say it is policy new patients have to have their ACTUAL INSURANCE CARD WITH THEM!!!! Why? That way they can call the same # my wife was providing and verify ALL the info she had about ID#s and EDI#s she had???? What a top notch organization!!!!

Great Dr, Unprofessional staff

I called this morning to inquire about coming into the office as a walk in.whoever the staff member was that took my phone call how to tone in her voice as if my phone call was some kind of an inconvenience. I asked when I could come in as a walk in, to which she told me that walk ins are at 1 p.m.. I was very friendly with her despite the tone in her voice, and I asked her if she needed my name. She then replied with the same irritationin her tone of voice by saying that they do not take names walkin simply are at 1 pm . I arrived at the office literally at 110 pm and told them that I have called earlier about coming in as a walkin. the staff member that I spoke to in person told me that they were no longer taking walk ins, so of courseI told her that my understandingwas that walkins are at 1 pm . She then told me that in order to be a walk in at 1 pm I would have actually had define at precisely 1. She also told me that all the other people who were already there as walkins I had either find in or showed up before 1, or signed in at exactly 1 . and I will not lying when I say that I raised hell because they did not inform me that I would have to sign in at precisely that time or show up prior to 1 p.m.,and also told her that based off of what she was saying, is there a line of people who needed to come in as walkins, they would have to try to do so between 1 p.m. And 1:01 p.m.there was a line of about three or four other patients behind me that walked out very unsatisfied an angry because the exact same thing happened to them despite the fact that they called ahead of time.I find this to be completely neglectful towards a good doctors business as well as his patients and reputation. This has also caused me a serious inconvenience because of the fact that due to my type of insurance he is my primary care physician and I will not be able to get another appointment with another doctor unless I assign another doctor as my primary care physician which takes between 30 to 45 days! On top of that,, I would have to wait for my new insurance card to arrive with my new primary care physicians name on it. I am completely outraged at the fact that this establishments staff is not only unprofessionalin there manner of relating or communicating with and 2 the patients, but also the fact that they neglected so badly to give more details about how to proceed as I walk in patient that both myself and several others left very upset not to mention ill and in need of care.now I'm going potentially have to change doctors and go without care in between the time it takes to switch my primary care physicians, and worst of all lose a very respectableand just overall good doctor. Shame on the staff that work in the front office for doing this to him, his business and his patients!
