Horrible! Did not see a doctor until a full hour past my appointment time. Then was given a rushed exam, cursory diagnosis and prescribed physical therapy and medication. The physical therapy was arranged by the doctor’s office with a group not covered by my insurance plan (Blue Cross-Blue Shield) despite the fact that there are a dozen approved therapy centers in the area. The quoted cost of non-insured therapy was substantial. The prescription was also handled by the doctor’s office despite the fact that I informed them that my employer provided a very good prescription drug plan. The doctor’s office placed the prescription with an outlet in DALLAS (to save me money I was told) who called my home and requested my credit card information in order to fill the prescription. When I asked the cost they quoted a price quite a bit higher than my company provided plan would have been if I had a prescription to give to them. In short this practice seems to overbook, provide minimal service and have some unusual relationships with third party vendors. This was my first and last visit. There are better options.

The worst part of coming to the Kingwood office is the curly-haired check in woman. I've been here 3 times and she's been rude every one of them. Lady, if you don't want a job then let someone else have it. I have two friends who have quit coming to OA because of the check in lady. Wake up OA, she's causing y'all to see patients on time because fewer people are coming here.

This place overbooks by 2 hours and just makes you wait. The burnt blonde nurse is angry at life. The doctors are a joke. This seems to be an oji paperwork mill. If you have a real injury do NOT go here.
