Provided by YP.comMcCall Honda in Kingwood has never failed me, since 2005. Great salesmen and service/repair department. I bought my second car from them last Saturday and I am delighted with the excellent service I received again. My salesman was Gabriel Isaacs. He demonstrated a great understanding of what the car meant to me and was so knowledgeable and efficient. I will definite recommend McCall Honda of Kingwood, it was a plesureable experience again!

My boyfriend recently bought 2 used vehicles at this dealership in less than a year. Both has/had something wrong with it in a matter of 2 months into use.
His first purchase was his own car. He was told a certain price by his sales lady,kassy. But for some reason at the end of everything the price jumped up 6k. (Apparently it was because of the finance guy) but can't do anything now. Kassy told him ALL the good things. And how their warranty is the best and what it covers.(which is all a lie because it doesn't cover crap.)
Just less than 2 months into having this car the stirring wheel locked. And it's not a simple fix because his car is an automatic start (no key ignition) they ended up picking up his car at his house. He calls and then even goes to the dealership telling the service department what's wrong with it. My boyfriend knew what was wrong with it because he did his research and apparently it happens a lot in that model. (IT NEEDS TO BE A RECALL) but anyways he tells them what's wrong but the service guy doesn't think so. It takes them 3 days just to figure out what is was. And of course it was the same thing my boyfriend said.(and don't get my bf started on about how bad they are with answering their calls. And they don't respond until the next day) but anyways, to make a long story short he ended up having to pay out of pocket for both the service work and crappy rental car. He didn't get his car back until after 2 weeks! And he didn't have a rental untI'll the last week because he argued for one.
His second purchase was a jeep for his mother. She fell in love with this jeep and everything kassy once again said. When test driving the jeep his mom noticed a knocking sound. Everyone claimed that it was just from the car sitting there for a couple days. And that if it continued they would check it out. He ended up getting the car and of course the knocking sound never stopped. And what do you warranty couldn't fix it. They basically said "you signed the contract so it's not our problem" 4 months into having this vehicle, HER TRANSMISSION GOES OUT!! But yet their vehicles are...CERTIFIED. come on now.
This dealership is just ridiculous. And they don't keep their word. I for 1 am very glad I didn't end up buying my honda there! I will make sure none of my family will but their honda there either. I'm sorry but I just don't recommend this dealership to, ANYONE.

Provided by YP.comI bought a 2011 Honda Accord July of 2013. At that time I was told the car was Certified, to discover when I went for service at another dealership, the vehicle was not certified. There was a gas in a tire when I bought the carhich I was told was cosmetic, but the service said it was a road hazard. The car has been certified since I purchased it but I'm not sure the certification was properly done, considering is been serviced over 15 times in 5 months. Brakes, rotors, ball joints, and most recently the alternator. This car has issues that I'm sure they were aware of but failed to disclose at time of purchase. I've spoke to everyone from the sales manager, shop Foreman, to the General manager, and their solution to this problem is for me to buy another car from them.
I also referred a friend to purchase a car in August but as of February I still haven't received the referral...

Provided by YP.comWe had a horrible experience at Sterling McCall Honda. The salesperson insisted we tell him how much we owed on our trade-in before giving us a trade-in offer. We declined, asking that we receive a market value based offer. He went away to speak to his manager, then returned with a smug sneer and said, "I looked up how much you owe, and we'll give you 500 bucks more." It was unbelievably rude and arrogant. We would strongly recommend that someone looking for a respectful experience look anywhere else before looking here.

Provided by YP.comHoward Ward was an excellent sales associate to do business with. He made a good deal and didn’t try to haggle the price after an agreement was made. He was courteous and punctual and had everything ready to go when I came in to pick up the Pilot. Howard was first rate.
