I came here to get my fingerprints scanned for a background check for a college program. I had an appointment at 10:20 am and arrived at 10 am just to be early. I sat there for over an hour waiting for my turn. I was supposed to be called back around 10:30 due to a previous appointment taking longer than usual, but as new people were walking in, they were getting called back before me. There isn't any way to talk to anyone because they lock the doors behind them and there is no front desk or office. When I finally got called back after an hour of waiting, they were extremely rude to me and kept asking for my payment (I paid online when I made the appointment). Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this place, even if I had a child to put in a learning center. I would rather pay double than come here again.

Students who took advantage of the TAKS tutoring were finally able to pass these state tests!
