I hired Hubinger Landscaping to redo the front of my house, which was badly overgrown. They were also supposed to connect all of the leader downspouts to an underground pipe and out to the driveway. They price was fair and the work was done in a day, while I was at work. It looked nice and appeared to be well done. Here's the negative part. Several times over the next few months I was getting water in my basement. I thought it had to do with my roofing and bad gutters. I had both replaced and they found that Hubinger had just ran one of the downspouts into the ground, next to the foundation and did not connect it to a pipe at all. Several calls to Hubinger went unanswered. I spoke to a girl at his office who assured me that Joe would stand behind his work. Needless to say he didn't. My advise would be that if you do hire him make sure you are there to see what he is doing. I hope this helped someone out.
