Excellent work.......friendly service.......outstanding customer service......We live in Florida and our daughter attends ECU and had an accident and Randy and his wife were fantastic to work with.......great team of techs........Dave P

This shop seems un organized and the owner Randy Shackleford treats people as if they were idiots. My car was late and the work didnt look very professional at all.

This auto shop is not just your everyday auto repair shop. They were very quick to take care of our every need. I am very pleased with their work and professionalism. If I need any repairs in the future for any of my vehicles, I will take it to the Auto Body Company of Kinston.
