I've never been disappointed in the food at El Norteno and have been going there as long as i can remember(over a decade). They have the best food and large portions, the staff is very friendly and accomodating.

I BEEN GOING WITH MY FAMILY TO EL NORTENO FOR THE PASS 13 YEARS & I LOVE THERE FOOD THEY MAKE THE BEST FOOD IN TOWN I HAVE MOVES TO TEXAS & I MISS THERE FOOD WISH I WOOD GO BACK SOON ...& OTHER REVIEW SAY THERE FOOD IS BAD IT'S ALL BULL..:):)

We are new to the area and decided we would try this restaurant out. My daughter found a long blonde hair in her food, and I told one of the workers and she informed another guy (guess it was the only person that spoke English). He came to the table and was rude! Saying that they didn't have any women working there. I asked him where the hair had came from then and he said he didn't know. He proceeded to take away the remainder of her food and didn't replace it. He just brought me the bill! I was charged for food that my daughter hadn't even eaten half of.... I will never go there again, I told the guy at the register that it was nasty to find a hair in our food and they should be wearing a hair net, and he didn't seem to care about what I was saying. If the food wasn't going to be replaced the least they could have done was had good customer service! No apology or anything.
