We were new in the area, so this was our first experience with this pediatrician. After two days of fever, fatique and constant coughing, I took my son to the local (Grifton) branch, where he was diagnosed with the flu and told to drink lots of fluids, and that he could return to school after 24 hours without fever. No problems there. No prescription, but I don't want to medicate if it isn't necessary. WELL, one week later, my son is better but continues to suffer from constant, dry cough. After trying 2 different over the counter cough medicines without success, I finally called the Kinston office for suggestions. The nurse suggested Delsym, a cough suppressant I had not yet tried. So I returned to the store to purchase Delsym and immediatly gave it to my son (had to figure amount using the internet, since the nurse never told me and the package says "for people over 12 only.") Well, two hours later, the cough was still there. So I called again. This time the nurse was just downright
