They do a great job of grooming your pet, if you can get the appointment. They are terrible at keeping records and change groomers frequently. I drove 30 min to a 9am appointment and got their at 8:45 only to find they let three other people in early ahead of me. It was total confusion, they would not except my dogs rabies tag and they couldn't find anything on record even though we have taken her there to be groomed for over four years.And we contacted the vet the last visit when we had the same problem. I told them I could find my vets number online. No time. When I got back to the house I typed in my vets name and up came about fifty responses including a web site and a 24hr emergency number. They need to scheduled appointments at fifteen minuet intervals to prevent being bombarded when they open, and keep better records.
