Money has been really tight since I got laid-off. My Kenmore was machine stopped spinning. I called several people in Elizabeth, Parker, and Castle Rock. One guy I called was very rude and hung up on me! I called Ken very unhappy about my wash machine. He was very nice and listened to me about the issue. He did not speak down to me because I am a woman. He came out right of way and advised me of my choices. He ordered the part late Friday afternoon and came out on Tuesday morning. He was on time and ready to help. He was very helpful and installed the part. He was professional and cleanup after himself. I will use him again because he was the nicest guy and also his prices are better then the others!‎

Ken diagnosed, repaired and cleaned our 5 yr old Maytag dryer in a professional, courteous manner. Price of service call and repair was extremely reasonable. It's great to do business with local, Elbert County professionals. Would highly recommend.‎
