I would not recommend this business, that has reinvented itself once again; and is now going by the name of PS & M.



I am retirement age and have looked forward to having a little cabin in the woods for over 30 years. Instead of all my savings going towaqrd the fun-filled, much anticipated experience of having my little place built, I have been living in a nightmare for the last 8 months.



I have 2 friends that built small retirement homes. Both of them loved the experience from beginning to end. Because of that, I had the same expectations. I looked forward to the encounter with great anticipation.



I would have never dreamed that I would have to change a heart full of high hopes ot one filled with bitter disappointment. What I have had to undergo has been one of my life's most enduring hardships. It has been difficult, disagreeable, and dangerous.



No matter how hard I tried to reason with, and get along with, this contractor; even bending over backward to contend with his inconsistencies, lack of integrity, and outright dishonesty; I could not seem to reach him. He would agree with me at the time, and then do whatever he had planned to do all along afterward.



My health is spiraling downward, my husband is a shadow of his former self, and my budget for my little cabin in the woods has been devoured by the big bad wolf of the woods. But beware, he lurks there still.



How could the business have made my experience better? By being a better business. Is it too much to expect, in today's world, to have a little truthfulness in business dealings? Are carelessness and negligence the new conscientiousness and nice? Does any one live by the golden rule any more?



I have tried to treat him the way I would want to be treated throughtout this whole, awful ordeal; but he just stepped on me even harder, and demanded more of me, all unfairly.



I am sorry that my experience cound not be entertaining and witty for the Yellow Pages complaint site. Believe me, I would love for it to have all been. Make your mouth water, you ask? No, but it sure has left a bad taste in my mouth. Keep it Real!!? It doesn't get much more real than losing your savings that you worked for for over 30 years and having only an unfinished mess to show for it. The workmanship was so shoddy and incomplete that the house is not even liveable; the driveway is not even passable in rainy weather.



I'm not impressed by PS & M, but I am totally depressed by them.
