Provided by YP.comAfter paying nearly $4,000 in 2014 for a water filtration system, my water is yellow. I called the company to ask them to check the water and the settings on my system and was told they would go look at it. Over a week later, after sending emails and making phone calls to see why they didn't go... they created a new policy in which they won't service or stand by their own equipment if I have a renter in my home. An example zero customer service! They don't stand by their product or service it.
