St. Aubin Nursery has provided trees and plant material to landscapers in the Chicago and Milwaukee areas since 1913. This 500-acre nursery has a variety of trees and shrubs on hand, including Black Maple, White Ash, White Oak, Hazelnut, Buttonbushes and several fruit trees. The nursery uses biodegradable rope and burlap, and its heavy, clay soil results in better transplant success. St. Aubin operates a wholesale nursery in Kirkland, Ill., and a retail nursery in Woodstock, Ill., 20 miles south of the Illinois/Wisconsin border.
