Great service! Very nice staff that handles our cat well, answers our questions, and seems to really love what they do. It's a very clean place, a great boarding area, and the doctors are patient and kind. They always explain in advance what they want to do and how much things will cost so there's no surprises. I'll never go to a regular dog-cat hospital again...they just get-it!

The first time I went there was because it was cheap for cat neutering. They did it to my boy cat and gave it to me 1 hour after the surgery. Probably they did not put him the proper medicine, because after few hours he started bleeding. Then I brought him again for ear cleaning and they told me that this would cost me 175$. For an ear cleaning?:) I complained and they came with another price - 100$. Is this a hospital or an auction house?I told them that I do not need their services and at the very end they charged me 50$. Just for the visit.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE!!!

Dr Koppe and her entire staff sre professional and kind. Our cat loves the attention she gets, and I have always been pleased with the care she has been given. We have never needed them for an emergency, knock on wood, so I can't speak to that. However, she has had two surgeries there, as well as annual physicals and the hospital is top-notch. They may be a bit more expensive than others (I can't say for sure) but I can assure you it is well worth it.We drive all the way across town for them!
