Awful Food

This restaurant raves that it is sustainable & organic. They serve Rabbit Liver & much worst than this is Foie Gras. Which is the liver of geese or ducks that had a large pcp pipe shoved down their throats, ripping their throat to pieces- being forced like a fire hose, grain that expanded & enlarged the liver to 10x the normal size that the bird literally explodes, and you are served their huge liver on a plate.

This is not what I would imagine as "sustainable" "organic" or friendly to our world by ANY stretch of the imagination.

Consumers who support such horrific torture & cruelty are just as guilty as the person shoving the pipes down the throats of these helpless birds.

Holly Smith, the Chef, needs to remove the cruel items on her menu before we can sit down & be served (real) organic & sustainable food items.

Please either discontinue the false advertising or truly use sustainable foods!
