Have had Croach's Tech Serhly Zadorozhnyak take care of our home & our rental for about a year. We are always notified in advance via email when Serhly is coming & he always arrives as agreed upon. He does a wonderful job which has kept the bugs,spiders etc away & he regularly asks if we have seen any new activity which need his attention. Horrible service. Sale reps lie about hobo spiders, and don't know what the product names are and what's in it. I had a sale rep come up to my door and say that a Wolf spider was a hobo spider, little did she know that I know a thing or two about spiders and it's impossible to determine what a hobo spider is.

I have used Pest Free for over...

I have used Pest Free for over a year and I have had nothing but a good solid experience. Yes the contract is for a year, but I knew that in advance as I actually read contracts before I sign them. They offer prompt service and they respond well to my questions. Overall I am very pleased.
