Was formerly and timely greeted upon arrival by Russ, I informed him that I was looking to buy my first car. He then asked my price range and what I was interested in, and right away told me of a perfect deal that fit my price range and discriptipn of what I was looking for. We then test drove the Hyundai Elantra, I immediately fell in love with the car and Russ informed me of more details of the car. We then Proceeded to fill out paper work.

Came in to see Jeff Wagner who had helped me a couple years ago. The process of purchasing a new Santa fe 2.0T ultimate awd for my elderly father was easy, they negotiated a great deal with us. Jeff is so pleasant to work with no pressure. The other staff members we came across were great as well. Thanks again Jeff for taking such good care of us :)

Our experience at Hyundai of Kirkland was great. We saw an ad for 2015 Sonata Hybrid in the local paper and went to the dealership to take a look. The salesperson was David Park. He was very courteous and helpful.After the test drive, we decided to purchase the vehicle. David gave us the price in the advertisement, without any of the usual hassling at all. We're very pleasantly surprised.

It was a great experience. I was nervous buying my first car but Jessica was very helpful and knowledgeable. She made me feel at ease!

Harry found the perfect new car for us and helped make the entire experience as painless as possible. We thought we wanted an Elantra, but Harry really listened to what we said we wanted in a new car & then gently steered us to a beautiful Sonata Hybrid that meets our needs better than an Elantra would have done. Harry came in on his day off to make sure everything went smoothly when we actually purchased the car (the day after we drove it). Harry is the best car salesman ever in our experience! Scott was good at managing the paperwork and also helped make the car buying experience a pleasant one.

Harry greeted use upond our arrival. We informed him we were on a time frame, and he worked with us promptly. We told him what we were looking for, and also we had a trade in. We were able to test drive the vehicle and he answered all questions. He also worked with us on the value of our trade in and w all came to an agreement. His customer service was excellent. Since then his follow up has been great.

Overall I had an excellent experience. I reside in Nevada. Your price on the Hyundai Accent GLS I purchased was the lowest I could find in the Western U.S.!Catherine Lee went out of her way to help me. No gimmicks, etc. I asked for a reasonable out the door price & she delivered. Doc fees, etc were reasonable. I understand you have to make some Money such as the $199 for the vehicle V.I.N./ security etching. I would highly recommend Hyundai of Kirkland to anyone who wants to save money. Your HOK bonus rebate is outstanding!I would highly recommend Catherine Lee to anyone wanting to purchase a Hyundai through an Internet sale. She was exceptional to deal with. Thanks. Jim Wilkinson

I was intrigued by the Easter weekend ad. I knew which car I wanted and the ad showed me the right price for the car. The dealer worked to get me the right price, he was very friendly with my family and I. It was a tiring process considering this was my first car purchase but I am very satisfied with the end result. I think this car will be a good investment.

Overall experience at the dealership was outstanding. Harry helped me get the car I wanted in the price range that fit my budget. He was more than helpfull.

We got to the dealership and was met by a sales person. We asked for Catherine and was directed to her. We had a good first impression of her as she was attentive and answered all of our questions. We test drove a number of vehicles that day and she set up the car and met us when we returned. Extremely happy with the professionalism exhibited by Catherine Lee. She totally debunks the stereotypical image of a car salesman. Thanks Catherine.

I had a great experience at Hyundai dealership with Dave Vincent. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped us in the process of purchasing a lot.

I visited several place of Hyundai shop and checked for the best price and service in Seattle.Finally, I bought my new car in Kirkland, since it was the best price and very kind not only in this time but forever as customer.

I was amazed at how easy it was to deal with everyone at the Hyundai dealership. There was no pressure, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Ken was especially nice to work with. He answered all our questions, and if he didn't know, he found out. He was anxious to demonstrate the features of the vehicle and be sure we knew how to use them. And assured us we could come back to him at any time if we had questions.

I came to buy a new Hyundai thru the Costco Auto Program. I met with David Kim who was great! He had great knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in and took his time to make sure I was happy with the transaction and color of car (so many choices). Not only did he come in on his day off to meet me, he even got the car gassed up and washed as I was doing the paperwork! The entire transaction took 2 hours! It was good that I came after work on a weekday. I plan to go back for my next car.

The commercial they are playing in the Seattle area is OFFENSIVE on many levels. Why would anyone buy a car from someone who just made a "doody"?

If you buy a car from Hyundai of Kirkland expect to be Lied to and Haggled with. They had Accents on sales price in the Seattle Times so I went in with CASH, test drove the Accent and the floor salesman offered it to me for $200 above the advertised price. I accepted.Then the lies and haggling started. They sat me down and kept me there for an hour. They switch salesman and the new guy told me there was a COMMUNICATION problem with the floor manager and at the agreed price they would lose money and they want $375 more. They came at me three times within the hour three different ways to finally get $175 more. When I refused all of it they said fine, then slapped a $150 DOCUMENTATION FEE on the final invoice. They sold the car for $4500 below MSRP and wore me down or $150. I paid it.But for their $150 they get this review all over the internet, I will NEVER buy another car from them or Ford Of Kirkland (same owner) and will not let anyone I know buy anything there.Oh and this site s
