Rich Kim handled an extremely difficult and protracted short sale involving two terrible lienholders and the bankruptcy court. He succeeded where another agent basically gave up after the first deal fell through. He's ethical, he knows the system and he looks out for his clients. If I was unlucky enough to be involved in another short sale, I'd hire him in a heartbeat.
