Over-Packed Kennels - Empty Promise



Sadly, Scampers is another one of those Doggie-Daycares that promises you the moon and once you bring in your dog they cash in and treat your dog nothing like promised. Beware of that you get what you pay for. They are cheap and that is what your dog will get with them.



Don't trust what they tell you during orientation they'll backpedal on it eventually. Their technique for dealing with doggie tempers is not a spray bottle but a hose. Their grouping is questionable. If you disagree with how they handle YOUR dog they brush it off as a difference in PHILOSOPHY.



All this topped off with the suggestion we may pick up our dog mid-day after the disagreement in doggie-daycare-philosophy makes me wonder and think they aren't interested in serious business. Places like these should not be allowed to take care of living things that deserve the best care only.

DO NOT USE THIS DAYCARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



OMG...i took my 1.5 year old beagle there and they let him play on the concrete all day. When i picked him up and got him home..i noticed he was limping! His pads were completely torn off his back feet. I had to rush him to the vet and incurred a $300 bill because of them.



When i called (granted i was hysterical) and demanded a refund for that day of camp...they refused.

They also refused to pay any portion of the vet bill. They wrote me this long nasty letter saying it wasn't their fault they didn't check/watch my dog???WTH>..isn't this what i paid you for!!!!!



STUPID PEOPLE.....I sent the letter to King 5 get Jesse...hopefully he will air it and I have told strangers on the street never to use this place.
