My cats seem very pleased with their lion cut. Looking forward to coming back! :)

Avoid Ashley like the plague. I asked for a very simple cut, as short as possible everywhere. When I picked my dog up and brought him home almost everyone who saw him asked me "did you cut your dog's hair" thats how uneven it was. Next day I bring him back and ask to have him evened out, keep in mind that all I wanted was for his hair to all be one length and very very short, after Ashley gets done "evening" his haircut I take him for a walk. On our walk he steps in some mud and gets it between his toes, when I get him home and begin to wash his paws I notice that he still has hair at least one inch long between each and every one of his toes. For a second I though about bringing him in for a third time but then thought better of it and just finished the job myself. Complete incompetence, I will never take my dog back to Scruff to Fluff again

I've been 3 times and no more. My very friendly dog hates it and every time he has problem...anal glands infected, water in ears and this time I noticed on the way home he couldn't open one eye and when I called they said flush it with black tea. This morning both eyes are swollen and look like conjunchivitis so I have an appointment at the Vets. Three strickes you're out.
