HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. - I had 2 different appointments to have a hitch put on my truck. Both times when I went to pick up the truck, the hitch was nowhere to be seen. Ken the manager promised both times that it would be no problem and would definately be done. After the second time he said he would call and schedule a custom appointment to make sure that it was done and I never heard from him again.

I have rented trucks and trailers here many times, and they always are courteous and efficient. They have a lot of trucks, trailers, and vans (small to huge). It gets busy sometimes, so getting there early in the day is a good idea, but the staff helps everyone fast and gets you on your way as quick as possible. They sold and installed a hitch on my car and it's worked great for towing their trailers. I'm also impressed that every time they check whether my towing plans are safe for my car - that shows a customer-centric focus. You can't beat the prices either. It's much better than owning a trailer or big truck, even if you need it several times a year like me.
