OK I took a silver ring there to get resized last week. The people there are polite, however when I went to pick the ring up at 11am I was told it was still being cleaned, It was not even touched yet and found it odd that it would be cleaned before it was going to be cut and soldered. Come back at 4pm. 4pm I'm told many people came in and it wasn't done. They will call me. Next day nothing.
So I use messenger and say I want to cancel if its not being worked on. Later at 7pm I get a message its done. I get it today after I wait for buffing and the repair looks horrible. 1/3 of a joint is a crack and not filled, there are file lines all over it and gaps and uneven.

I took it to another place, CR Miller, that said he would have to re-solder it all. CR Miller had it looking like new the next day. And it was actually cleaned!!

When I walked into the store the owner greeted me with a fake smile. Once she heard I wouldn't be buying, she snarled at me and started throwing insults my way. She was a very nasty woman. I would not recommend taking your business here.
