Have been trying to set up an employee of mine for a DOT physical and a drug screen. Tried calling four times but kept getting transferred to extensions where no one answered. I understand people are busy--but this was over the course of an entire day.

It would have been good to know beforehand that they don't have an x-ray machine anymore. I got on their online waiting list and waited just to learn that they can't see me for my injury because they don't have and x-ray machine anymore. What kind of medical business doesn't have one?
